Make a list of 10 things that you love about your life. 10 things that really resonate with you and make your energy shift to a higher level. 10 things that are so good they immediately bring a smile to your face. They may be as insignificant as a delicious apple in your fruit basket to a very significant thing like an ever-loving, supportive partner. Don’t think too hard about it. Write them down and really let them resonate with you for a few moments. How do you feel now?
